Return Policy


We accept free cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled successfully, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

If for any reason you wish to return your Nisplay Machine, you may return it to us in “like-new” condition within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be determined based on the condition of the machine or/and the oscillator upon its receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping. After we receive the returned product, we will conduct a thorough evaluation to assess its condition, and subsequently inform you of any applicable restocking fee. Damages to the machine that require repair will be done at the customer's expense in addition to the restocking fee.

In the event that you receive an item that is either damaged or non-functional, you will not be held responsible for bearing return shipping costs. Our commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction ensures that, in such situations, we will take on the entirety of the return shipping expenses.

Custom-order or personalized items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
