Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept free cancellation before the order has been shipped or entered production. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in clean and resalable condition, with no significant signs of outdoor or court use, no dirt, debris, or heavy wear, no damage affecting appearance, structure, or function, and all original accessories included.
A return request does not guarantee refund approval. Final eligibility and refund amount are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Approved returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Additional deductions may apply based on the condition of the returned item, including cleaning, repair, refurbishment, missing accessories, packaging damage, or reduced resale value.
For non-defect returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, please contact us promptly with photos or videos. If confirmed by our team, we will provide appropriate support, including repair, replacement parts, exchange, or return handling. In approved cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-order or personalized items, gift cards, items with serious damage, missing key parts, clear misuse, or items no longer in resalable condition are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
