How the referral and cashback process works

  1. Refer a friend. Existing customers may directly recommend Y1. No advance Kickstarter or historical-order verification, and no dedicated discount code, is required.
  2. Your friend places a Y1 order. The new customer purchases through an official Nisplay sales channel and keeps the order confirmation page, order number, or confirmation email.
  3. Submit your cashback claim. Email partnership@nisplaysports.com with the referral details and proof of the new customer's order.
  4. Nisplay verifies the order. We confirm the order's authenticity and payment status. When needed, the Partnership Team may contact the new customer to confirm the referrer.
  5. Receive 10% cashback. Once the order is verified as valid and fully paid, it enters the cashback process. The payment method is determined case by case.

How the Nisplay Y1 referral and cashback process works

What to include in your cashback claim

  • New customer's name or order email address
  • At least one valid proof of purchase: order screenshot, order number, confirmation email screenshot, or equivalent proof of successful payment
  • PayPal account information, where applicable

If multiple people claim the same order, the referrer confirmed by the new customer will be considered valid. Historical Nisplay purchase information may be requested only when needed and is not a prerequisite to submit a referral.

Complimentary racket and extra UGC rewards

The training racket does not require a separate application or a video. It is arranged for shipment with the qualifying Y1 order. If inventory, warehouse, or international shipping requirements prevent shipment in the same package, Nisplay may ship it separately under the same order without affecting eligibility.

After receiving and using Y1, the new customer may publish an original Y1 product-use video on a public, verifiable platform such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or Reddit. Send the post link, together with the Y1 order number or order email, to partnership@nisplaysports.com.

Nisplay evaluates submissions based on overall quality, completeness, product presentation, authentic use, creativity, and communication value. Additional gifts may be awarded at Nisplay's discretion. Gift type, quantity, and value are not fixed or guaranteed.

Program rules

  • Cashback basis: 10% of the actual amount paid for the Y1 product only, excluding shipping, taxes, customs duties, accessories, gift cards, additional services, and other fees.
  • One referrer per order: each new-customer order may be linked to one referrer only and cannot receive duplicate cashback rewards.
  • No referral limit: each independent, valid new-customer order may qualify for cashback.
  • Additional verification: previous-order or Kickstarter information may be requested only for order mismatches, duplicate claims, referral disputes, or other exceptional circumstances.
  • Official contact: all referral submissions, order verification, cashback, video reviews, and racket-shipment inquiries are handled through partnership@nisplaysports.com.
